Astral Village Hotel - Eilat

I accidentally left a bag in my room. The front desk immediately contacted the hotel security officer, were great to locate the bag and personally drove over 10 km to return it to me. This really good service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to access all the main attractions. The rooms were modern and clean, with basic amenities like air conditioning and a private terrace. The breakfast offered a diverse selection of delicious food, ensuring a great start to the day. I particularly enjoyed the quietness of the hotel at night, thanks to the bungalow-style accommodations.

Located close to the marina and big shopping mall, this hotel has a great location. the newly renovated rooms are quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and decent bathrooms. the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items and is of great quality. the outdoor pool is clean and well-equipped with plenty of seating.

The hotel could improve its Wi-Fi connectivity, as some guests experienced intermittent connection issues.

Staff very helpful and nice, upgraded to a luxury suite with private terrace, quiet and comfortable room, excellent breakfast buffet, convenient location near city attractions.

We spent a weekend in a hotel near the shopping area and had a great time. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the variety of options available. The staff was always friendly and willing to help with any requests we had. the location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants.

The parking situation was a disaster. There were not enough spaces for all guests, and the parking lot was not monitored, making it a free-for-all.

Great location being close to the beach and promenade. Good variety and quality of food. Would definitely suit families.

The rooms were small and could be cramped especially if staying with children. the parking was limited and you may have to park in a paid parking lot nearby.
